Labor Day Weekend at the Fair and Newport
We had a great weekend away. We started with the state fair and were just planning on parking and then after we finished late finding a place to camp. But they waived us right into the vendor and exhibitor RV parking so we ended up spending the night! We saw Montgomery Gentry and managed to get front row seats. Mid show, Troy Gentry climbed down off of the stage and handed Kenzie a guitar pick. Pretty cool.
The next morning we headed to the coast and camped in Newport. Miranda asked us to pick up some tuna for canning, so we visited the docks and bought some fresh tuna off of the fishing boats.

Honey Harvest!
It’s that time of the year to harvest honey! This year the original hive didn’t do well, but the new one managed to produce about 14 pounds of honey. Not bad for a new hive.
