Here&#8217;s a quick recap of our route &#8211; all 1,954+ miles!!!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-127\" title=\"Yellowstone trip map\" src=\"http:\/\/www.jbranchblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/Yellowstone-trip-map-300x143.jpg\" alt=\"Yellowstone trip map\" width=\"300\" height=\"143\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A &#8211; Started from Colton, OR Friday morning<\/p>\n<p>B &#8211; Stopped for a quick rodeo in Pendleton, OR<\/p>\n<p>C &#8211; We took the road less traveled through Fairfield, ID<\/p>\n<p>D &#8211; Stayed overnight to explore the Craters of the Moon<\/p>\n<p>E &#8211; Met up with Cindi &amp; Jean in Jackson Hole, WY<\/p>\n<p>F &#8211; Camped in Grand Teton territory so we could drive through Yellowstone.<\/p>\n<p>G &#8211; Extended the trip into Cody, WY to check out Buffalo Bill&#8217;s gun collection.<\/p>\n<p>H &#8211; Traveled north to check out Butte and Missoula, MT &#8211; ending up back in Colton Saturday night!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After a long 2 days driving back through Montana, Idaho, Washington, and finally Oregon, we made it home!
