We tested in 6 stations (Cardiac arrest management, Trauma assessment, Medical assessment, Airway Management\/PEAD, KED &#8211; Seated spinal immobilization, and the random station &#8211; Jodi drew splinting and Brad drew Oxygen administration) <strong><em>and<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>we<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>passed all on the first try<\/em><\/strong>! Wheeeew! We have been so stressed out the last few days we <em>almost<\/em> didn&#8217;t feel like eating dinner at the Colton Cafe Friday night (note the word <em>almost<\/em> &#8211; we did manage to take a break and set aside our nerves for an hour). We thought <strong>we<\/strong> were stressed going into the test this morning&#8230;but Brad said someone chundered all over the bathroom floor in the men&#8217;s room. Looks like we weren&#8217;t alone! <\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"> <\/div>\n<div align=\"left\">Now we just have to get past the National computer-based test and we&#8217;ll be official Oregon EMTs!<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"center\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After days and days of non-stop practice, we passed our EMT practicals today!
